Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 -7  days for the refund to be credited.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange within 3 - 4 hours of receiving your order.

Note: we can exchange our product, only incase of wrongly delivered by our side to customers.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods and personalized products. Please check product descriptions for return eligibility.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.
